About the Role:

  • Operate as Assort’s business-side expert on the EHR/PM landscape.
  • Negotiate commercial relationships.
  • Create durable channels for revenue and distribution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quarterback all EHR engagements across a variety of customer-facing and internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to help scope, prioritize, and accelerate integrations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience navigating healthcare integration environments, including APIs, marketplaces, and technical partnership workflows.
  • Demonstrated track record negotiating and managing complex strategic partnerships with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-builder with high EQ and strong listening skills.
