Job Description

Produce high quality design and code on aggressive deadlines of shared UI components. Provide guidelines and mentoring application teams on how to implement and design UI components. Design & implement comprehensive UI/UX solutions by understanding customer problems, product goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with design and platform teams to deliver engaging and consistent user interfaces. Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables, including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability. Communicate technical decisions (architecture and design) to business and engineering. To be successful in this role you have passion for software development, problem solving, coaching and mentoring other software engineers. You also have high energy and an aptitude for learning new technologies. You should have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving related software.
