Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own the entire recruiting process from initiation to final hire for 20+ active requisitions across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, G&A, Engineering) and regions (e.g., Americas and EMEA) prioritizing needs daily to meet aggressive hiring targets. You will proactively build and maintain diverse, robust pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other sourcing tools to minimize time-to-fill metrics. You will also analyze job descriptions and hiring profiles to identify critical success factors, translating requirements into highly effective search criteria for screening resumes and sourcing passive candidates. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt follow-up, transparent communication, and a positive experience throughout all stages of the process. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing coaching on interview best practices and driving alignment on candidate profiles.
