Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field medical visits with distributors to educate healthcare professionals on Penumbra products.
• Organize hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital product training for distributors and clinicians.
• Gather and report market intelligence to the Country Manager, identifying opportunities and competitive movements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Nursing with 3+ years of medical device experience in sales, clinical support, or training.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and experience conducting product demonstrations and workshops.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to travel extensively (up to 70%).

Working Conditions:

• General office, laboratory, cleanroom, and hospital environments; willingness to work on site.
• Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional on-call availability and extended periods of computer use; must be able to move between buildings and floors.
