As a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, your day will involve following up on inbound requests and utilizing an auto-dialer to make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily, talking to about 70 to 80 patients and scheduling around 14 appointments. Strong communication will be needed to build trust with prospective patients, educating them on the benefits of in-home services. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Fluency in Spanish and residence in the Eastern Time Zone are required, along with at least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare. Experience with EHR systems and commitment to patient confidentiality is expected.
