HR Experience Operations Manager

The HR Experience Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR Experience function, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Deel’s global growth. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle across Deel’s Employee of Record (EOR) services in over 90 countries—from onboarding through to offboarding—while optimizing workflows, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. In addition, you will lead initiatives to streamline HR operations, improve efficiency, and support the HR Experience team in delivering top-tier service to employees worldwide. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, contributing to HR product planning, participating in HR interviews, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to EORs and clients. The role also involves the creation and implementation of regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with global SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs, and serving as the subject matter expert for operational quality and knowledge.
