Job Description

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Independently triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets using available resources.
  • Actively manage support tickets, providing timely status updates to customers.
  • Provide stellar customer service through various channels like email, chat, forums, and calls.

Technical Assistance and Training:

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of the product for new customers.
  • Provide technical training on Recast Products and related technologies to internal and external users.
  • Answer internal technical questions from the Customer Success and Sales teams.

Documentation and Collaboration:

  • Create and update documentation and user communications effectively.
  • Reproduce, document, and escalate bug reports to the engineering team.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize recurring issues for the development team.
