New Earn Operation BD (Onchain Direction)

Role Overview:

• This role focuses on identifying on-chain investment opportunities and integrating them into Binance Earn.
• You will bridge traditional finance and DeFi by evaluating yield strategies and risk structures.

What You'll Do:

• Identify suitable on-chain tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi projects based on user needs.
• Manage internal collaboration opportunities and drive project evaluation with external partners.
• Work with product and campaign teams to plan and execute user growth initiatives.

What We Look For:

• Strong background in traditional finance with knowledge of yield sources across bonds, funds, equities, commodities, and FX.
• Hands-on DeFi experience with Lending, Staking, Liquidity Provision, and RWA Vaults.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
