Job Description
Shape and drive the strategy, design, and execution of performance management and compensation programs. In this role, youβll ensure our people practices align with business goals β helping us recognize and reward high performance in a way that promotes clarity, fairness, and growth.
Manage the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, feedback cycles, and calibrations. Support the design and administration of compensation programs, including annual merit reviews, bonus/incentive plans, and salary benchmarking. Serve as the subject matter expert on performance and rewards, keeping current on market trends, tools, and regulatory changes.
