Cloud Administrator (U.S. Time Zone Overlap Required)

The Cloud Administrator supports and improves OpenSesame’s internal IT systems, resolving escalated issues, managing core tools, and driving automation and security initiatives. This role is ideal for someone proactive and hands-on, ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Within 30 Days, you will meet with the IS Manager, review IT infrastructure, shadow IT Support Specialists and the Systems Administrator, complete onboarding, and assist with project tasks. Within 60 Days, independently manage escalated tickets, complete project assignments, demonstrate proficiency in key tools, and maintain security practices. By 90 Days, carry a full workload, participate in cross-training, demonstrate proficiency in additional tools, introduce an automation solution, and contribute to security audits. Within 120 Days, audit account provisioning workflows, identify automation opportunities, and demonstrate full ownership of tools through a performance review, transitioning into autonomous operations.
