Director of Enterprise Solutions North America (Remote)

The Director of Enterprise Solutions will join the growing enterprise solutions team and report directly to the VP of Enterprise Products. Responsibilities include onboarding, mentoring and coordinating a team of account executives/BDRs, helping them navigate the complex intersection of digital assets and traditional finance. The role requires taking the lead in high-impact meetings initiated by account executives with institutional clients across banking, asset management, and fintech. You will establish and cultivate executive and board-level relationships with decision-makers at traditional financial institutions, represent Blockstream at industry events and collaborate across the enterprise unit on shared objectives.
