CLM & Contract Manager

Sandisk is seeking someone to lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of Sandisk’s new CLM system, including configuration, testing and launch. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the CLM vendor and internal stakeholders and provide ongoing support to all system users. You will also draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, professional services agreements, purchase agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, amendments, and other business/legal documents. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to advise on risks associated with each transaction while ensuring compliance to company policies. You will also work on special projects, as needed.
