What You'll Do:

  • Conducting needs analysis to identify key customer requirements
  • Configuring and delivering compelling solution demonstrations of Veeva LIMS
  • Applying industry experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solution

Requirements:

  • Experience working with, delivering, or supporting LIMS applications
  • Experience in the Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or similarly regulated industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Success in pre-sales or similar customer-facing role for a software company
  • Familiarity with QC process and where it intersects with manufacturing and QA
  • Experience with software solutions used by Quality Assurance and Manufacturing
