Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure CareDx and third-party LIS/LIMS platforms.
- Deploy and maintain HL7 interfaces, including setup, custom filtering, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the planning and execution of software deployments, updates, and user training.
Technical Reporting & Data Management:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and routines for system data extraction.
- Create and maintain customized clinical and operational reports using SAP Crystal Reports.
- Assist with data migration projects, including ETL scripting and data validation.
Customer Engagement & Documentation:
- Act as a key technical resource to internal teams and external clients.
- Provide post-deployment technical support with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting logs.
