Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support delivery of Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives for State Medicaid Agencies and HHS agencies.
- Serve as a key client interface, providing guidance to agency stakeholders and supporting informed decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including vendors, system integrators, and government entities.
Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years of experience in Medicaid, HHS, or public sector consulting.
- Significant experience supporting MES initiatives, including large-scale modular system implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
Compensation & Culture:
- Base salary range targeted for this role is $150,000-$180,000.
