What You Will Do:
- Lead delivery of project-level initiatives or major workstreams within MES programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring of scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day client interface for assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client stakeholders.
- Coordinate across vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to support effective execution in multi-stakeholder environments.
What You Have:
- 6-8+ years of experience in Medicaid, Health and Human Services (HHS), or public sector consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects or major workstreams within Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage execution within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including vendors, system integrators, and government entities.
Compensation & Culture:
- The base salary range targeted for this role is $120,000-$150,000.
