As Senior Commercial Counsel at AuditBoard, you will be an integral member of AuditBoardβs expanding legal team and will primarily be responsible for the Western Region of the US, focused on Enterprise deals, and will support two to three Area Directors and their teams. Your role will involve independently leading legal negotiations with customers and providing general guidance on various transactions, including subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements. You will also have the opportunity to shape key initiatives designed to streamline AuditBoardβs contracting process as the company scales.
