Solutions Architect

About this role:

• This role focuses on ensuring customer success in delivering realtime applications at scale.
• It blends technical expertise, integration architecture, and customer guidance.
• The work directly impacts innovative companies using Ably's realtime infrastructure.

Day to day you will:

• Lead technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and integration guidance.
• Review customer code and system designs, providing best practice guidance.
• Write code examples, create live demos, and prototype integrations.

We'd love to talk if you have:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing, hands-on technical role at a technical B2B SaaS or API-first company.
• Strong software development skills with a deep understanding of programming and development concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
