Your Mission:
- Own rate loading inquiries and tickets piped into the ARI Intake board.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex rate discrepancies.
- Write and maintain SQL queries against our data warehouse.
What Success Looks Like:
- Take full ownership of rate-related ARI Intake.
- Stand up a recurring rate-quality and coverage report.
- Ship at least one automation (SQL + Python).
What You'll Bring to Engine:
- 3+ years in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role.
- Strong working proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
