Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging documentation for internal teams, external partners, and end users. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and operations to translate complex systems and processes into easy-to-understand guides, playbooks, product manuals, and API references. You’ll also leverage AI tools to speed up documentation workflows, accelerate versioning, and enhance clarity across all touchpoints—from onboarding docs to API specs to SOPs. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining internal and external documentation (engineering and architecture docs, API references, SOPs, product manuals, onboarding documents), interviewing stakeholders to extract domain knowledge, managing documentation platforms, collaborating with developers and QA, organizing knowledge bases, implementing AI-powered documentation workflows, building templates, reviewing content, and tracking documentation gaps. This role impacts every part of the business.
