Job Description

As a Manager, Customer Success you are the day-to-day client partner and analyst coach, ensuring deliverables address key business questions and result in strong client satisfaction. You confidently manage data, and you care about finding answers for your clients. You constantly seek to learn new things and lean into new capabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing execution, reviewing inputs, providing feedback, ensuring accuracy, managing SKU List updates, reviewing calibration trends, and writing reports. Client Leadership involves leading meetings, acting as a consultant, leading presentations, deepening client knowledge, and driving satisfaction with insights. Team Leadership requires participating in training, coaching analysts, drafting PPRs, and contributing to the company culture. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; BI Tools are preferred.
