Overview:

• This role handles complex bodily injury claims with limited supervision, ensuring thorough investigation and fair settlement.
• You will work remotely, partnering with legal counsel and experts to bring claims to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively negotiate and authorize payments for complex injury claims with represented and unrepresented parties.
• Conduct witness interviews, evaluate liability, and set reserves based on legal risk and case factors.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and collaborating with medical and technical experts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, with prior claims handling experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus the ability to work independently.
• Must be willing to obtain a company-sponsored Adjuster's license and have a dedicated remote workspace.
