Job Description

As the Fleet Implementation Manager, you will oversee multiple new shop launches and its operations while becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as the Implementation Specialist. You will lead, educate, and develop employees. You will also monitor employee’s performance and be accessible to all areas of the shop. You will plan daily manpower to meet workload, while providing support to the operations team regarding all equipment related issues. You will monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies. You must manage the following: Ensure all site launches stay on schedule and meet their designated Go Live Dates by working closely and in parallel with the New Business Integration (NBI) Team. You must complete Tooling & Parts audits and place orders accordingly. You will work with Central Procurement on launch related activities & items and with NBI and the Operations Support Center (vended team) to ensure Roadside & Towing needs are addressed. Quality Control is a must as you will oversee the newly established Shops for a brief period of time for quality control purposes before completely pulling out and moving on to another new Account or Special Project.
