Position Description:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Hispanic Access Foundation’s Conservation portfolio.
  • Translate organizational priorities into high-impact programs strengthening Latino leadership and equitable access to nature.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team using Level 10 meetings, Rocks, and quarterly planning.
  • Oversee program implementation, financial management, and grant compliance across multiple funding sources.
  • Cultivate partnerships with government agencies, funders, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
  • Seven+ years of experience managing conservation programs and at least three years supervising staff.
  • Strong experience with federal grants, multi-million-dollar budgets, and remote team leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range $100,000–$110,000 annually.
  • Fully remote position with generous benefits including 100% paid health, dental, and vision for the individual, unlimited vacation, 13 paid holidays, and a 401(k) with employer match.
