Accountabilities:
- Define and own strategic vision and performance metrics for the nationwide Chapter Network.
- Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of chapter programs across 500+ chapters.
- Manage budget, cross-functional collaboration, and external partnerships.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in youth mobilization, nonprofit program leadership, or network-based program management.
- Proven track record of scaling distributed teams and managing managers.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and experience with Salesforce.
