Responsibilities:
- Define and own Xsolla's company-wide data strategy aligning with monetization goals.
- Build and lead data science, analytics engineering, and ML engineering teams.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to identify data opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as CDO or VP of Data with strong ML/AI hands-on background.
- Demonstrated experience designing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, architecture, and modern infrastructure.
