Role Overview:
- Oversees all legal matters across the MTP organization.
- Balances hands‑on execution with strategic leadership.
- Partners closely with agency presidents, executive leadership, HR, Finance, IT, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages legal support spanning multiple agencies and business models.
- Leads all commercial contracting activities.
- Supports business teams and compliance for executing client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10–15+ years of legal experience, including substantial in‑house experience.
- Strong transactional background with deep experience in commercial contracting.
- Experience advising multi‑entity organizations or agency networks.
