The Role:

• Support CEO office for AI Neobank app expansion across product, hiring, and licensing.
• Drive CEO priorities into execution and maintain daily operating rhythm.
• Own urgent business problems that cross multiple departments.

What You'll Own:

• Drive CEO-level priorities from definition to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines across teams.
• Prepare briefs, updates, and action trackers for cross-functional projects.

What We're Looking For:

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Clear writer and structured thinker, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience in startups, consulting, or fintech is a strong advantage.
