- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, and decision tracking for accountability.
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, and finance.
Leadership Support:
- Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers.
- Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product, and market priorities.
Operational Excellence:
- Own special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority.
- Operate with low ego, high ownership, and a strong bias for action.
- Balance strategic judgement with hands-on execution to keep the company moving faster.
