They are often the initial point of contact for patients at Midi, entrusted as brand ambassadors to deliver and maintain the highest level of service throughout each patient's journey. The Patient Service Representative team at Midi ensures that patients receive necessary support during their care, facilitates new patient registration, guides patients through the healthcare system, and bridges any communication gaps.
