The Role:
- You build AI-powered applications on sprint cycles, taking ownership from blueprint to handoff.
- You work with the Innovation Crew's agent infrastructure to deliver production-quality interfaces and services.
- You ensure every application is instrumented, cost-budgeted, and evaluated before shipping.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
- Lead application architecture across delivery tracks, integrating Power Agents and Intelligence layer capabilities.
- Build eval harnesses and observability layers to make AI behavior inspectable in production.
- Participate in Gate 2 scoping, estimate effort, and define success criteria for AI features.
Qualifications of this Role:
- You have a portfolio of shipped, production AI applications that real users depend on.
- You demonstrate full-stack engineering depth, with proficiency in React and backend services.
- You have hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, LLM APIs, and evaluation frameworks.
