Solution Advisor

The Senior Solution Advisor role at Granicus is a strategic, high-impact presales position for experienced professionals who excel at storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Senior Advisor, you’ll lead “Art of the Possible” and Vision Demonstrations that connect agency goals with Granicus capabilities, helping public agencies visualize transformation. You'll conduct light discovery to understand agency context, pain points, and decision dynamics. This involves collaborating with AEs to shape opportunity strategy, adapting messaging for stakeholders from IT to executives, and translating product functionality into outcome-based narratives. You'll also track objections and trends to inform internal teams and support the creation of reusable demo assets.
