Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented New Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Business Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the successful integration and early career development of our new agents. This multifaceted position involves guiding new agents through the entire licensing process, ensuring a smooth administrative onboarding, and actively supporting the initial stages of their new business activities. You will be a key resource for our new team members, providing essential support and ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities include New Agent Licensing & Onboarding Specialist duties, New Business Coordination, Actively push new business initiatives and support agents in their initial sales efforts, Administrative & Data Support, Social Media & Content Creation (Beneficial).
