About The Role:
- Lead strategy, experimentation, and optimization of pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Improve unit economics and scalability through data-driven pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.
- Design and lead advanced experimentation roadmaps.
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with Campaign Success Managers (CSMs) to align pricing strategies with network margin goals, brand positioning, and partner expectations.
- Create and test promotional structures such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, free gifts, and urgency-based offers.
- Analyze LTV trends and design pricing adjustments that drive sustained customer value and profitability.
Competencies:
- Works effectively with cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
- Strong understanding of tactics that drive immediate consumer action.
- Proven experience designing and interpreting complex experiments.
