Clinical Sales Manager

Work with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Director in developing a sales plan tailored to your local market with team members. Direct the utilization of the da Vinci by managing clinical and system support with OR case procedures, hiring, training and development of team base on leadership expectation. Provide direction at symposiums, exhibitions and market development events. Effectively integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to insure ongoing commitment to the system. Conduct da Vinci system training for surgeons and hospital staff and deliver in-service and on-site training to specific levels of surgical team. Provide mentorship and onboarding support to new hires and maintain responsibility with key accounts.
