Job Description
As a customer service representative, you will find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. You will also escalate interactions when necessary, respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes and providing feedback on call issues will also be part of your duties. Upselling if required.
