You will be responsible for assisting the Onboarding Operations team in the onboarding of new employees including taking on projects and tasks to ease administrative load on Onboarding Specialists for countries across all regions. You will assist in creating and maintaining documentation, continuously identify and implement ways to improve the onboarding experience, manage employee data, support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives, and identify automation opportunities within onboarding processes.
