Job Description
As the Director of Digital Solutions, you will act as the main technology advisor for internal teams and clients, guiding decisions on procurement and inventory platforms. You will lead client discovery sessions to pinpoint operational challenges, suggest digital solutions, and conduct live system demos. Managing the end-to-end implementation of digital tools, you'll ensure timely delivery and collaboration across functions. This role involves client onboarding, training, continuous research into emerging technologies, and the evaluation of third-party P2P platforms. Additionally, you will maintain documentation, update sales materials, and report project status to clients and leadership, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
