Job Description
As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving global account success by providing strategic, operational, and analytical support to Global Account Support Managers and the Sales Process Manager.
You will be at the heart of opportunity governance, delivery coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring process excellence across global accounts and business units. Your contribution will help shape account planning and enhance the effectiveness of sales processes. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating account planning workshops, managing logistics, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll represent Global Account Managers in internal forums, support training and enablement sessions, and contribute to the deployment of standardized sales processes. By tracking performance metrics and preparing insightful reports, you’ll help drive continuous improvement.
