Job Description
The Vice President of Sales will build and lead Axway’s New Business organization across North America. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to define the strategy, shape the team, and lead the execution that will drive Axway’s next phase of growth. The VP will lead a team of ~10 professionals, including BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, and Alliance Managers, with a focus on new logo acquisition and expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities include defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisitions in North America, and building and leading a cross-functional new business team of approximately 10 people. The role involves partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and BDR leadership to drive integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution.
