Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across the NAM region, handling issues related to performance, conduct, attendance, and policy interpretation with consistency and care
- Partner with people leaders to provide guidance on day-to-day people matters, escalating complex cases and collaborating with senior HR leaders as appropriate
- Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee relations concerns in alignment with company policy and local employment requirements
REQUITEMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, supporting employee relations and day-to-day people matters
- Hands-on experience using Workday for core HR activities, including employee data management, documentation, and day-to-day HR processes
- Experience supporting employee relations matters and advising leaders on people practices, policies, and performance-related issues
