Colleague HR/Payroll Consultant

As a Colleague HR/Payroll Consultant, you will be executing and completing assigned projects within the negotiated time and scope, evaluating existing business processes and procedures, and making recommendations for improvement. You will also be implementing systems and proof of concepts that best fit the customer's needs and ensuring customer satisfaction until project completion. You will provide high-quality consultation and support to Ellucian’s Colleague product suite, troubleshoot issues, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Furthermore, you will facilitate business process reviews, provide documentation, develop testing methodology, and deliver user training, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
