Job Description

The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional customer service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mission, vision and core values. This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from HQ or retail locations. Schedule flexibility between 7 a.m. EST and 7 p.m. EST Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. EST to 1 p.m. EST on Saturdays is required.
