Senior Backend Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable solutions, designing and maintaining efficient APIs, and optimizing system performance using Java/Kotlin, Spring, and AWS. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and ensuring secure, stable, and high-quality software. With a focus on clean code and best practices, you will actively contribute to the evolution of enterprise productivity tools. During your day as a Backend Developer, you will: Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions to evolve our products as part of a development team. Work in partnership with product leaders, designers, project managers, and software engineers to implement versatile solutions that anticipate customer needs. Drive innovation with new ideas for products and processes. Address development challenges always considering user experience, performance, quality, and safety. Collaborate with other developers to promote good design practices and software quality. Design and maintain efficient and well-structured APIs. Actively participate in the launch and evolution of products, contributing to team performance and the continuous improvement of user experience.
