Operations Manager, Specialty Care

The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional coordination and program management to ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives, driving alignment and meeting both internal and external deadlines. They will project manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and measurable outcomes. The role involves driving innovative solutions to expand Specialty Care services, partnering with Product, Clinical, Data and other teams to drive new opportunities for program growth. They will spearhead and drive significant cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve Specialty Care processes and resolve operational issues. This position also assists in developing and proactively measuring progress on key program KPIs, ensuring cross-functional targets are hit.
