Job Description
As the Vice President of Revenue, you will be responsible for team leadership and culture by building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team aligned to revenue growth goals and fostering a culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous learning. The role includes sales strategy and execution by developing and executing strategic plans targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise eCommerce brands, owning the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close, and collaborating on pitch materials, sales messaging, and compensation plans that drive performance. You will also be responsible for cross-functional collaboration and delivering insights and performance reporting to executive leadership. You will also represent addShoppers at key events and stay on top of trends in eCommerce, martech, and adtech.
