We're partnering with a leading AI company (confidential) to bring on someone with 2–6 years of experience (Recruiting Coordinator, Jr. Sourcer, or Jr. Recruiter) who’s scrappy, organized, and eager to grow. Success Profile: Comfortable screening inbound, managing pipelines, and running phone screens. Independent, process-oriented, and thrives at a quick pace. This is a career-accelerator role: high-volume, fast-moving, and a perfect landing spot for someone ready to step up and build a foundation for future growth in recruiting. Tech/startup or agency background a plus. Familiarity with Greenhouse or modern recruiting tools helpful, not required. Full-Cycle Recruiting (1-3 years): Running requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers. Managing multiple reqs at once in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. G&A Functional Knowledge. Familiarity with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Policy). Ability to assess non-technical skill sets (e.g., employment law for Legal, FP&A for Finance, HRBP profiles, government/policy backgrounds). ATS & Recruiting Tools. Hands-on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.). Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
