Discovery & Design:
- Assess and document the current-state Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue GL configuration.
- Map all segment dimensions referenced in Zuora to the proposed future-state COA structure.
- Advise on Zuora Revenue data model implications of the account structure redesign.
Build:
- Reconfigure Zuora Billing journal entry rule sets across all transaction types.
- Execute the migration of the client’s full revenue schedule waterfall population.
- Validate updated product-rate-plan-to-GL mappings and support IT General Controls.
Test:
- Design and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) scenarios.
- Execute financial close simulations.
- Facilitate Zuora User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client Finance and RevOps stakeholders.
