About the Role:
- Responsible for executing the quality assurance program focused on second line of defense financial crimes activities.
- Ensures consistency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment in oversight, review, and governance functions.
- Provides credible challenge and delivers insights to strengthen risk management practices.
What You Will Do:
- Perform detailed QA reviews of casework, memos, and decisions to evaluate accuracy and risk-based judgments.
- Document findings with clear articulation of gaps, root cause, and impact on risk management effectiveness.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve findings and validate corrective actions.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial crimes with direct experience in 2LoD compliance oversight or QA.
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, sanctions regulatory expectations, and three lines of defense model.
