Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end processes for leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, STD, and PTO programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to employees and managers regarding leave policies and procedures, offering guidance on eligibility and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leave cases, handling confidential information with discretion.
Compliance & Partnership:
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local leave laws and recommend policy updates to ensure adherence to ADA requirements and PTO policies.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators to manage FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD claims, reviewing vendor reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Employee Relations, for seamless leave administration.
Reporting & Qualifications:
- Prepare regular reports on leave utilization, trends, and compliance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Require a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, with 2–4 years of experience in leave administration or HR operations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization in a multi-state environment.
